Eligibility
What We Require
Line-Of-Sight
You must have line of sight to our communications tower from somewhere on your property. Our tower is located on wireless hill, about 400m south-west of the big Telstra tower. See the bottom of the page for an image.
Antenna Mount
We need to mount an antenna to your roof or other suitable location. So if you are renting or boarding you will need permission from the property owner for us to install our equipment.
Network Cabling
We will need to install a network cable from our antenna down to a suitable location in your home or business. This is usually connected to a wall plate, mounted close to where your networking equipment is located.
Suitable Equipment
You need to have a suitable router, fees and compatibility checks are required for you to use your existing equipment, otherwise we stock a range of devices which are guaranteed to work with our network.
Our Procedure
The process for determining eligibility and connecting to the network starts with you making an enquiry. You can do this through the Contact page, via email, phonecall, or in person at our partner store. We will then send a surveyor to your premises (free of charge) to perform the necessary checks. If they give the okay, then our installation team will be scheduled to attend your premises and install all the required equipment. The cost for this is included in the "Installation" charge for your selected plan. Once install is complete you can normally enjoy your service immediately!
